Annapurna Base Camp Trekking
This is an amazing trek begins in Nayapul, a location just outside of Pokhara Valley. The trail takes you through dense rhododendron forests, surrounded by snow-capped peaks, passing through several rural villages and along a mule track with some steep climbs that take you into the serene Annapurna Sanctuary. Finally you make your way up to the spectacular Annapurna Base Camp.
You will be amazed by the beautiful scenery during your trek to Annapurna. Highlights of the trek include panoramic views of mountain ranges and peaks, captivating sunrises and sunsets, terraced farmlands, villages of different ethnic groups and ample time to immerse yourself in the Himalayan lifestyle plus warm hospitality of the local people.
This trek can be done throughout the year except during the rainy season. However, it is more exciting and memorable during springtime.

The trips on this site have been listed as they are the most popular within the
associated regions. If you have heard of a trip that is not listed, or want to spend
less (or more) time in a particular area then let us know.
-
Although detailed itineraries are provided for all of the trips on this site they
are by no means set in stone. The itineraries act as a rough guide so you are welcome
to walk a bit more or less on any day you choose.
-
You are also welcome to extend the trip at any point if you would like to spend
a bit more time in a particular area. The cost for extension is around £15-£25 per
day depending on the particular area and nature of the trip. Unfortunately, we are
unable to refund a trip that has been shortened but you are welcome to let us know
before hand and the price will be reduced accordingly. The extra days can always
be spent sightseeing in Kathmandu or Pokhara with your guide.
-
Similarly, if you would prefer to upgrade or downgrade your hotel or transport then
this is also possible. For example you may change a bus journey to a flight, or
stay in a cheaper hotel to save some cash. Extra cost will apply based on the price
difference. All of this is can be arranged upon your arrival in Nepal or if you
would like to arrange it before then just let us know.
-
If, at the end of the trip, you would like to do another adventure then all you
have to do is arrange it with the guides in Nepal.
